"Bud" passed away at home peacefully with family by his side, after a lengthy illness. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor, all of his creative inventions, lending a helping hand for friends and neighbors and most of all, the love of his family. “We will miss you, Dad, Bud and Grandpa”. He is survived by Wife Peggy Black of the Family Home in Salinas Daughters Lyn (Brandt) Burghall of Carmel Valley Brandi Faro of Prunedale Sons Rocky (Naomi) Black of Jamestown Harold Black of El Centro Jimmy Black of El Centro Stuart (Michelle) Black of El Centro Grandchildren Brittany Fuller Courtney Amanda Burghall Nicholas and Leah Far Amber, Jefferson, Aleta, Jennifer, Roy, Tucker and Chase Black 3 Great-Grandchildren Brother Martin Bazabal of Winterhaven Sister Vonnie Matlock of Sonora Brother-in-Law John Patterson along with numerous nieces and nephews Preceded in death by Both parents George and Edna Black daughter Sandee Cooper grandson Ryan Black brother Harold Coombs sisters Peggy Zuver and Betty Borges
