Obituary of Antonio Munoz

Antonio Felix Munoz, 88, longtime resident of Monterey county, passed away on August 22, 2011 at home. He was born on May 10, 1923 in Guanajuato, Mexico. He previously worked in agriculture as a farm laborer for over 35 years. He is survived by his wife Victoria Munoz of Gonzales daughters Hortensia Munoz of Gonzales Elia (Stephen) Gegorek of North Carolina Olga (Jose) Monarrez of Salinas sons Daniel Felix Munoz of Gonzales Alejandro (Judy) Munoz of Texas Victor (Rosalinda) Munoz of Aptos 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren sisters Celsa and Rafaela brothers Nabor, Jose Luis and Miguel along with numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by parents, Alejandro and Sabina Munoz of Mexico. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2011 1-9pm with a Rosary Recital at 7pm all at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, August 26, 2011 at 10am at St. Theodore's Catholic Church 125 Center St. Gonzales, CA 93926. Burial to follow services at Gonzales District Cemetery Hwy 101 S. Gonzales, CA 93926.
