Obituary of Anthony J. Hernandez Jr.

Anthony J. Hernandez Jr., 39, native and lifelong resident of Salinas, passed away on July 28, 2018 in Salinas. Born on July 27, 1979 to Anthony and Alicia Hernandez. Anthony previously worked in auto detailing.

Anthony is survived by his fiance, Ashley Gonzales, daugters, Senorina Hernandez and Alejandro, Angelia "Lia" Hernandez, and Yamillett Villafana, sons, Anthony "Joey" Hernandez, Esteban "Gordo" Hernandez and Ernesto Villafana, mother of children, Angelica Contreras, mother, Alicia Rodriguez, parents, Anthony and Vivian Hernandez, paternal grandmother, Maria Montes Garcia, maternal grandmother, Patricia Martinez, brothers, Richard Hernandez and Zachary Retana, four grandchildren along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Aug. 30, 20181-9pm with a Rosary vigil at 7pm, all at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd Salinas, CA  93905.

Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, Aug. 31, 2018 St. Theodore's Catholic Church 125 Center St. Gonzales, CA  93926.

Burial to follow at the Gonzales District Cemetery Hwy 101 S. Gonzales, Gonzales, CA  93927.
