Obituary of Agnes "Aggie" Mary Obiacoro

Agnes "Aggie" Mary Obiacoro was born February 27, 1952 and was a lifelong resident of Salinas California.  Agnes enjoyed watching The Young and the Restless, the news, and her morning cups of coffee. She was a Raiders fan and avid lover of butterflies. Agnes was also an exceptionally loving, caring, and generous individual who helped raise her numerous nieces and nephews through the many stages of their lives. Agnes will be truly missed and will remain forever in our hearts.

Agnes is survived by her brothers, Alfred and Alex Gomez, son Aaron Contreras and daughter-in-law, Yolanda, her three grandchildren Adriana, Mario, Arturo, great-granddaughter Selina, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Alejandro and Mercedes Gomez, sister Ann Marie Gomez, nephew Anthony Gomez, and sister-in-law Susie Gomez.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018 1-9pm with a Rosary vigil at 7pm, all at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd Salinas, CA  93905.

A Chapel Blessing will take place on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018 11am at the Healey Mortuary Chapel.

Burial to follow services at the Garden of Memoreis Cemetery 850 Abbott St. Salinas, CA  93901.
