Dorothy Craddock

Obituary of Dorothy B. Craddock

Born April 14, 1922 to Roger and Stella Ferguson Wilkinson in Bogota Texas.  She married her childhood sweetheart in 1940 and welcomed their son Robert in 1941.  They spent a few years moving place to place for the war effort before her husband joined the Army and served two years overseas, returning home in 1946.  Soon after, they moved to California, making their home in Salinas.

She was a loyal lover of her family, a dear friend, an amazing grandmother, a homemaker, and was of the Methodist faith.

Dorothy was especially grateful for her friends and neighbors.  She is survived by her son Robert, daughter-in-law Carol of Salinas, Grandson David and Jennifer Rebhan of Salinas, granddaughter Cindy of San Francisco, many nieces and nephews, great, and great-great nieces and nephews.  Her parents, husband David, sisters Helen Humphreys and Peggy White preceded her in death.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 17th at 11am at Healey Mortuary Chapel.

Services will also be held in Bogota, TX.
