Obituary of Joseph Michael Fischer

Joseph Michael Fischer born, January 5, 1959 in New Orleans, Louisiana past from this world to his eternal home in heaven on September 9, 2019.

He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and an exceptional friend to many.  Joe had a contagious laugh, a kind and compassionate heart, and a generous disposition. These were the qualities which set him apart. He was always there to help a friend, no matter day or hour. When in need, one could count on Joe, he was there to help unconditionally. He will be sorely missed by so many.  Joe loved and cared for many people but the loves of his life were his children and grand-children.

Joe is survived by his children Jennifer Fischer, Joseph Fischer II, Tiffany Fischer and Brittany Fischer. His grand-children Logan, Joseph Fischer III, Oakley, Ethan Fischer, Leilani and Melanie Fischer-Diaz and Sebastian Corres-Fischer and siblings Anthony, (Vera) Jude, Judith and Mary.

The rosary is scheduled for Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Parish in Salinas. A memorial Mass will take place on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Parish in Salinas.
