Obituary of Thomas Mitchell Niemela

Thomas Mitchell Niemela, 77, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2020 in Salinas.  Thomas was born in Albany, CA July 16, 1943 and has lived in Sal/inas for the past 60 years.  He worked for many years as a fork lift operator in the Salinas Valley Porduce Industry.

He is susrvived by his daughter, Margaret Erta, a son, Frank Keldson, and his brothers, Twin brother David and Paul Niemela.  Thomas also leaves his grandchildren, Eddie, Misty, Stacy, Billy, Jaime, Christina, and Frank Thomas, along with his great grandchildren, Xzavier, Steven, Demetre, Andrew, Brian, Austin, and Ayden.

Thomas is preceded in death by his wife, Helen A. Niemela, a son, Bill Keldson, a daughter, Francies Bethany, and a grandson, Norbin Bethany.

Granveside Services will be held, Friday, November 6, 2020 at 9:30 AM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 18200 Damian Way, Salinas, CA
