Obituary of Luisa Cadriel

Luisa Cadriel passed away on January 26, 2021 at the age of 80.  She was born on December 8, 1940 in Wharton, Texas to Jim Cadriel and Refugio Alaniz. She relocated to Salinas, California with her family, where she worked and retired as a certified nurse’s assistant at Natividad Hospital. She loved traveling and visited various states during her fun filled road trips within the U.S. She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Salinas and helped in clothing distribution to the poor. She was dearly loved and noted for her truthful humor and caring insight.

Luisa was preceded in death by her daughter Lydia Law. She is survived by her son and daughters: Chacho Perez and his two children, Anna Perez and her son, Jo Ann Perez and her two children, Shawn Law (Lydia’s husband) and their three children, and Patrycia Perez.

Viewing will be at the SDA Church Thursday, February 11^th from 10am-11am, followed by funeral services at the same location from 11am-12:15pm. She will be placed to rest at Queen of Heaven cemetery at 12:30pm.
