Obituary of Rosella Perez Medina

Rosella Perez Medina, 90, passed away peacefully at her home in Salinas on January 29, 2021. She was born in Glenbeulah, Wisconsin in 1930.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Gilbert H. Medina. She was the proud mother of Mary Medina (Marcos), Carmen Jimenez, Lupe Brambila (Alex), Jesse Medina (Carol), Marty Medina (Jeanette), Joe Medina (Yvette). She was also a grandmother to 15 children and great-grandmother to 9. She is predeceased by her son, Gilbert P. Medina in 1995.

Rosella worked many years as a fieldworker, produce-trimmer, and most importantly a mother. She raised her family with a loving soul as a Roman Catholic believer. Her devotion to her faith was reflected in helping her extended families and community. She enjoyed nurturing her garden and home and was the backbone to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
