Obituary of Feliciano H. Placencia

Our beloved Father Feliciano, also known as "Chano", 75, passed away on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 in Salinas.  He was born June 9, 1945 in Jalisco, Mexico and has lived in Salinas for the past 47 years.  

Feliciano dedicated his life to more than 55 years in agriculture.  He loved spending time with his family and had a great sense of humor.  He was a simple man who never asked for much.

Feliciano was a wonderful father, son, brother, grandfather, and great grandfather who touched the lives of those around him.  We, the family are all devastated by the loss of Feliciano.

He is survived by his mother, Esperanza Placencia, his daughters, Laura Olivia Plascencia, Crystal (Carlos) Plascencia, his sons, Francisco Javier, Luis Alberto Plascencia, Guillermo, and Adrian Placencia.  He leaves his brother, Timoteo Plascencia and sisters, Maria De Pilar Gonzales, Maria, Nicolaza, Aurelia, Olga Plascencia, and Guadalupe Bravo, along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other loving family and friends. 

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 1 - 5 PM at the Healey Mortuary in Salinas.

Celebration of the Funeral Mass will be held, Friday, April 23, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Salinas.

Burial will follow at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery at 1:00 PM.
