Obituary of David Peterson

David Peterson (64), of Salinas, passed away on January 14, 2022 unexpectedly at home. David was born in Salinas.  He attended Prunedale Elementary & Alisal High School; after graduation he joined the Marines.  Upon completing his enlistment, David returned to Salinas and became a heavy equipment operator.  In 2005 he started his own business, David Peterson & Sons Backhoe Service.

He was a kind, loving, and amazing father and grandfather who will be greatly missed.

David is survived by his Wife: Robyn Peterson, Children: Nichole (Eric) Mason, Charlie McElroy-Peterson, Billy (Nicole) Peterson, Christina Peterson (Ryan Smith), Grandchildren: Michaela, Paige, Michael, Nicholas, Charlie, Siblings and many nieces and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his Parents, Arthur and Faye Peterson and his beloved grandparents, Will & Jessie Yeiser.

A celebration of life will be held January 29, 2022 at 2pm at 200 Cooper Road Salinas.
