Obituary of Charles Randolph Scott

Charles Randolph Scott 86, passed away from this life at his home April 4, 2022 in Marina,CA.  He was born in Eckman WV. to Bailey Scott and Annie Smith.

Charles ( also know as Randy) was known for his ability to unite people in accomplishing goals and projects. His nature was quite adventurous, often emulating his favorite character from CERVANTES NOVEL “Don Quxiote de La Mancha,”and the song , “To Dream the Impossible Dream,” from the Musical 'The Man of La Mancha.'  Charles was a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.

Charles, was known to encourage people beyond their apparent possibilities.  He worked at Lockheed and IBM, later, founding his own business, Scott Kennard and Associates, Inc.  Traveling allowed him to fly more than one million airline miles.  Later, he became a Real Estate Broker.  Charles was 17th of the 18 children born in his family.

Charles, is survived by his wife of 64 years Frances Goodwin Scott. His Sons Craig Wesley Scott, Kirk Charles Scott. Grand Children, Bailey, Miles, and Booker. His Eldest Sister Gloria Scott Wheatfall and numerous nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his eldest Son, Keith Randolph Scott, and 16 siblings.
