Obituary of Encarnacion "Conchita" Garcia

Encarnacion “Conchita” Garcia (Flores) died in her home on June 3, 2022 in Escondido, CA. She was 91.

Concha was born on March 25, 1931 in Parral, Chihuahua Mexico to her parents Angel Flores and Ventura Mireles Salas. After spending her early adult years in Ontario, CA, she resided in Salinas, CA for over 40 years. She ultimately spent her final years in Escondido, CA.

Concha is survived by her daughters Patricia Torres, Graciela Quezada Olivo, both of Escondido, CA and her son Lorenzo Garcia (Monica Garza-Garcia) of Salinas, CA. “Mama Concha” is also survived by her grandchildren: Daniel Quezada, Raymundo Torres (Blanca Alvarez), Iliana Torres, David Quezada, Ernesto Quezada Jr., Jose Quezada, Raymond Quezada, Angela Cortez (Leonel Cortez), Sophia Olivo, Marcos Olivo (Lily Olivo), Adrian Olivo (Monica Olivo), Pearl Olivo, Ruben Rivera Jr, Priscilla Rivera Garcia (Michael Garcia), Lorenzo Garcia Jr. (Viviana Gama), Angel R. Garcia (Lycia Gutierrez) and Anthony Garcia (Felicia Santana). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren as well as great-great-grandchildren.

Concha is also survived by her brother Francisco Flores Mireles (Maria de Refugio Flores) of Fontana, CA.

A viewing will be held at Richardson Peterson Funeral Home (123 W. G St., Ontario, CA) at 11:00am on Thursday, June 16, 2022 followed by a burial service at Bellevue Memorial Park (1240 W. G St., Ontario, CA) at 1:00pm.
