Obituary of Petronio Yasay

Petronio A. Yasay Sr.,aged 79, passed away Saturday November 23,2013. He was born October 4,1934 in Salanap Pinili Ilocos Norte Philippines to Maximo and Anastacia Yasay. Petronio Yasay Sr. wil be remembered as a loving husband, devoted Father, and caring Grandfather of Catholic faith. His greatest enjoyments came from family gatherings,biking, and quick trips to local casinos,biking, and quick trips to local casinos. Petronio is survived by his loving wife, Erlinda Yasay, daughters, Petrolinda Y. Ramos, Ofelia Yasay, Marybel (Randolf) Perez, Merna (Frank), Yu, Maryan (Ruben) Patoc and Regie (Carlo) Jacob, sons, Franklin (Elsa) Yasay, Jay-R (Premy Helen) Yasay and Hazen-Derrel Yasay, brothers, Sinforoso (Caroline) Yasay and Alberto (Adelaide) Yasay of Honolulu, Hawaii, 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren also survive. He leaves behind numerous Nieces, Nephews, and other loving family and friends. He is preceded in death by his son-in-law, Domingo J. Ramos. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 6, 2013 1-9pm with a Rosary vigil at 7pm, all at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2013 10am at the Madonna del Sasso Church 320 E. Laurel Dr. Salinas, CA 93906. Burial to follow services at the Garden of Memories Cemetery 850 Abbott St. Salinas, CA 93901.
