Obituary of Encarnasion Ramirez

Beloved father Encarnasion M. Ramirez “Carnie” born on October 22, 1940 in Mendota, CA was called home on January 21, 2014 Those left to treasure his many memories is his wife, Linda; sons, Albert, Gilbert, and Eric; daughters, Rita, Irene, Cathy, and Desiree; along with sisters, Rachel, Josie, Gloria; brothers, Pete, Arthur, Mike; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. In his spare time Carnie loved watching John Wayne Western movies. He was always up for having a cold beer and listening to some Freddy Fender. He was known to open his home and care for stray animals. Carnie never met a stranger, no matter where he went he always knew someone and someone always knew him. Carnie will be deeply missed by many. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 1-9pm with a Rosary vigil at 7pm, all at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. A Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 10am at the St. Mary of the Nativity Church 424 Towt St. Salinas, CA 93905. Burial to follow services at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery 18200 Damian Way Salinas, CA 93907.
