Obituary of Guadalupe Castro

Guadalupe C. Castro, 78, of Salinas, was received into her Heavenly Father's Presence, Tuesday, October 20, 2009. She was surrounded by the love of her family and a truly caring staff of health care professionals. Guadalupe was born on June 29, 1931 in Sayula, Jalisco, Mexico. She resided in the Salinas Valley for 35 years and was employed by Bud of California for 25 years as a field laborer. The void left behind will never be filled. But, the lasting imprint and memories of your love for your family will give each of us moments of enduring comfort. You are truly missed, Guadalupe. May you rest in the hands of a merciful and loving God. She is survived by daughters Elia Acosta Alicia Ochoa Rosa Arroyo Patricia Solis Lorena Castro sons Jose Luis Gutierrez Ernesto and Gerardo Castro 27 grandchildren 24 great-grandchildren preceded in death by husband Pedro P.
