Obituary of William Kelly

William "Frank" Kelly, 78, passed away peacefully Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015, with his wife by his side after a lengthy illness. He was born Sept. 3, 1936, in Boynton, OK. Frank was an avid water skier and had won many trophies. He was also a snow skier, roller skater, square dancer, hunter, and enjoyed traveling. He especially enjoyed the many cruises and trips to Hawaii. Frank served in the U.S. Army reserves and was a member of the Salinas Elks Lodge for 47 years. He worked at Nestlé's Foods in plant management. Frank is survived by his wife of 55 years, Delores Smith Kelly and their two German Shorthaired Pointer hunting dogs, Rusty and Sadie. He also leaves his sister, Barbara Moon; two nieces and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emory and Laura Kelly; his brother, Clinton Dale Kelly, and two nephews. At his request, no services will be held.
