Obituary of Carlos Diaz Lopez

Carlos Diaz Lopez, 82, longtime resident of Salinas, passed away on June 6, 2018 at his home in Salinas. He was born on August 12, 1935 in Aguas Calientes Mexico to Ignacio and Juana Diaz. Carlos previously worked as a laborer in agriculture for over 40 years. He enjoyed gardening and going for walks. He always had a cheery disposition and made friends easily. Carlos is survived by, his wife of 38 years, Marina Diaz children, Carlos, Rosa, Martha, Maria de Jesus, Delia, Raquel and Mireya. Visitation to be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 1-9pm with a Rosary vigil at 7pm, all at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd Salinas, CA 93905. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 10am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 22 Stone St. Salinas, CA 93901. Burial to follow service at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery 18200 Damian Way Salinas, CA 93907.
