He is survived by wife of 33 years Arsenia Menor of the family home in Salinas son Mark Menor of Salinas sisters Isabel Sampayan Rosalina Bartolome both of Salinas nieces Celia, Gloria and Imelda nephew Jesse along with other nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives
