Obituary of Robert Pena

Robert Pena, Sr., "Pena 1" Robert truly enjoyed being around his family and watching sports, especially the San Francisco 49'ers and Giants. He enjoyed playing his guitar and attending family functions. He also enjoyed weekend breakfasts at Virginia / Dorothy's. Robert loved to share "Colusa" and war stories. He served two tours of duty aboard the U.S.S. Los Angeles. He had played semi-professional baseball with the Colusa Braves. He was an avid baseball coach. Robert's memory will sing in our hearts forever. A special "thanks" to Dr. Kumar and to Heartland Hospice for their compassionate care. He is survived by sons Joe M. Pena of Salinas Robert (Lety) Pena of Los Banos daughters Terri Pena Jessica (Kevin) Crabtree both of Salinas sisters Lupe (Leonard) Borrego of Acampo Lillian (Don) Blakeslee of Sacramento Ramona Blair of Sacramento brothers Manuel Pena of Anchorage, Alaska Rudy Pena of Santa Rosa grandchildren Jozette, Janelle, Lynee, Marissa C., Monique and Gabriel Pena 2 great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews preceded in death by wife Elvira C.
