Obituary of Enrique Ayala

Enrique R. Ayala died peacefully at home surounded by his family following a fourteen year battle with cancer He was a member of the American Legion Post #31 of Salinas and proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Mr. Ayala was an excellent dancer, enjoyed traveling and deep sea fishing. He was an avid Oakland Raider's fan and enjoyed listening to Frank Sinatra, Glen Miller and Nat King Cole. He is survived by wife of 56 years Annie Ayala of Salinas daughters Vivian Lopez of Salinas Yvonne (Paul) Puyod of Salinas Denise (Joe) Bernal of Salinas sons Joe (Terry) Lopez of San Jose Mark Ayala of Salinas 10 grandchildren 8 great-grandchildren preceded in death by son Henry "Kiki" Ayala in 2001 Friday September 10, 2010 , 11am at Healey Mortuary Click for Map and Directions at Garden of Memories Cemetery Click for Map and Directions
