Obituary of Helga Cortes

Surrounded by loving family, Helga Cortes, 73, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2010. She was born in Breslau, Germany on October 3, 1937 She is survived by her four children, with whom she loved dearly, Michael Cortes of Marina, Kay Cortes-Suber and Rafeal Cortes of Salinas and Dwayne Cortes of San Antonio; three siblings; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Pacific Care for their caring and devoted members that assisted Helga through her last months. She will be forever missed. Memorial services: A Chapel Blessing will be held on Friday, October 22, at 3pm at the Healey Mortuary, 405 N. Sanborn Road, Salinas, Calif. 93905.
