Ana enjoyed being a homemaker for over 42 years. She resided in Monterey County for 18 years. she is survived by her husband, Porfirio Higuera of the family home in Salinas daughters Shelly (Sergio) Reyes and Leticia (Charlie) Nava of Salinas son, Miguel (Lisa) Higuera of Salinas sister, Alicia (Arturo) Castro of Salinas brothers, Genovevo (Nena) Leyva of Tracy Juan (Felisa) Leyva of Calexico along with numerous nieces and nephews
