Kazys served 3 tours in Vietnam, while in the U.S. Army. He resided in Monterey County for 47 years.

his wife Phyllis M. Grigas of Salinas
daughter Irene Edwards of Montana
grandson Bryan Edwards of Montana
Graveside services with military honors were held on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 1 PM at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Salinas, California
