Obituary of Salvador Roseli

Salvador had resided in Monterey County for 12 years, and the past 4years in Gilroy. Born January 31, 1923 in Sonora, Mexico, Sal Passed away in Gilroy, CA on Friday January 11, 2008 in the company of his loving family. He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Josephine, his Brothers Frank and Art Roseli, and a Grandson, Noah Michael Roseli. He moved from Mexico to LA as a child. When he was 16 he moved to Salinas where he met his wife Josephine. He then served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. In his younger years he helped out at the Chin Brothers Market. He then worked for PG&E and retired from Firestone. During hes retirement he owned a gardening service for many years. Sal loved to bowl and was a member of the Moose Lodge for over 30 years. He was a big fan of the Glenn Miller Orchestra and loved dancing with his beautiful wife. He was a faithful San Francisco Giants and 49er fan, and took pride in his "55" thunderbird. He is loved and will be missed by all, especially his family. He is survived by Eight Children Diane Krasovic and husband Lou of Gridley, CA Joe Roseli of Campbell, CA Judy Davis and husband Jim of Paradise, CA Frank Roseli and Wife Leslie of Pollock Pines, CA Laura Granillo and Husband Andy of Coarsegold, CA Randy Roseli and his wife Rose of Fresno, CA Liz Pieterouiski and her husband Glenn of Gilroy, CA Bill Roseli and his wife Dolores of Salinas, CA 22 Grand Children 32 Great Grand Children He is also survived by his sisters Lupe Eagle of La Puente, CA, Nellie Bermea of Sylmar, CA, Francis Aparico of Los Angeles, CA, and Brother Robert Garcia of Sacramento, CA
