Neola died peacefully on July 2, 2008 at the age of 85 years. A native of Montrose, Colorardo. Neola was a beautician in Salinas and Owner/Operator of the "Dainty Lady Beauty Salon" in oldtown Salinas for many years. She loved cosmetics and clothing and always dressed stylishly. She socialized as a Moose Club member and rose through the chairs to the highest ranking position in that organization. She also socialized with her husband, Frank as a member of the Salinas Elk's Lodge and the American Legion. She was a long-time member of the Salinas Valley Community Church. She enjoyed dining-out and spending time with family and friends. Neola was loved and cared for by Rose Usi and her staff of caregivers, who made her last months happy and restful.
