Obituary of Jeffrey Stoddard

Jeffrey V. Stoddard, 64, passed away, after a courageous 15-year battle with prostate cancer on June 27, 2008 at The Westland House in Monterey, CA. He was born May 5, 1944 in Passaic, NJ and lived in Prunedale, CA for over 20 years. Jeff was a devoted husband, adoring father, and friend to many. After his naval service, he graduated from Boston University in 1970, where he met and married his soul mate, Faith Burwen. They moved to California where he was employed for over 35 years as a manager in the food processing industry, most recently with T. Marzetti in Milpitas, CA. He is survived by his wife, Faith B. Stoddard and his daughter, the love of his life, Shayna G. Stoddard, both of Prunedale, CA; John H. and Patricia Stoddard of Unionville, CT; Barbara and Richard Wright of Henderson, NV; Kathleen Walker and Jerry McGill of Reno, NV; David M. and Susan J. Burwen of Mountain View, CA; Michael Berger of Santa Monica, CA; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, H. Vincent and Jane O. Stoddard. Cremation has already taken place.
