Elvira Burruel, 88, of Salinas, passed away December 20, 2010 at home. She was born March 5, 1922 in Columbas, New Mexico. Elvira enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She is survived by Daughters Christina (Gabriel) Sandoval Sandra (Marcelo) Cruz all of Salinas Grandchildren Raymond Veronica Gabriel Sofia Julian Felisa Erica Marcelo "Tito" Fourteen Great-Grandchildren Sisters Josephine Perez Margie Martinez Preceded in death by her Husband Raymond J. Burruel Daughter Irene Burruel Visitation will be held Monday, Dec. 27 5-9pm with an Evening Prayer Service 6:30pm at Victory Outreach Church 155 Bardin Road Salinas, CA 93905. Funeral Service on Tuesday, Dec. 28 10am at Victory Outreach Church. Final Resting Place at Garden of Memories Cemetery 850 Abbott Street Salinas, CA 93901.
