Obituary of Alejandro Velasquez

Alejandro Rosales Velasquez, Jr., 49, of Santa Cruz and former long-time resident of Salinas, passed away on July 14, 2011 at home. He was born on May 11, 1962 in Santa Barbara, CA. He previously worked in produce as a forklift driver for over 9 years. He is survived by his wife Juanita Gomez-Velasquez of Salinas son Alejandro Velasquez III of Salinas daughters Jannette Navarro Velasquez of Oxnard Reyna Velasquez of Salinas father Alejandro Velasquez, Sr. of Mexico sister Irene Perez Rosales of Salinas brother Jorge A. Ixta Rosales of Salinas step-children Priscilla, Rick and Selena Solis all of Salinas numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 1-9pm at the Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. A Memorial Service will take place on Wednesday, July 20 7pm at the New Harvest Fellowship 357 Main St. CA 93901.
