Obituary of Shirley Dedmon

Shirley Ann Dedmon, 76, lifelong resident of Salinas, passed away on July 26, 2011 in Salinas. She was born on May 13, 1935 in San Pedro. Shirley loved spending time with her grandchildren, attending baseball games, taking walks and caring for her walnut tree. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. She is survived by her daughters Kathy (Dwayne) Pritchett of Salinas Camille (B.J.) Jones of Prunedale sons Michael and Danny Dedmon both of Salinas 14 grandchildren 9 great-grandchildren Uncle Jean Cahoon also survives. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2011 10am at the Healey Mortuary Chapel 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. An Inurnment will follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery 850 Abbott St. Salinas, CA 93901, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to VNA of Salinas/Monterey 6 Quail Run Ste. 101 Salinas, CA 93907.
