He is survived by his son, Jovahn Tate of Salinas daughter, Isabell Tate of Salinas mother, Melantha Jamieson of Salinas father, Israel Tate, Jr. of Chicago sister, Ayanate Gaines of Texas brothers, Deonte and Torres Tate both of Salinas maternal grandmother Lucille Oden of Seaside paternal grandmother Lucille Tate of Chicago He is preceded in death by his sister Meagan Tate Memorial Service time to be announced
