Obituary of Celedonio Caasi

Celedonio V. Caasi, Jr. , passed away unexpectedly in the Philippines on December 18, 2008, at the age of 59. Celedonio was born on November 11, 1949, in Bani, Pangasinan, Philippines. He was U.S. Army Retired and a resident of Salinas, California for nearly 20 years. In his second career, he was also a truck driver at AAFES for over 12 years. Celedonio was a member of the American Legion and Banian of the U.S.A. He loved to barbeque, karaoke, go fishing and bowling. His greatest joy was spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. He is Survived by his beloved Wife Jesusa G. Caasi of the Family Home loving children Irenea C. and Melchor Herrera of Salinas Cynthia B. Caasi of Salinas Rolando B. and Bebita N. Caasi of Salinas Grandchildren Bruce & Leilana Chanele, Alexis & Belle all of Salinas Mother Ceferina Vespiras-Caasi of Guam Sisters Gertrudes Calaguas of Guam, Aurelia Medriano of the Philippines, Delma Manalo of Seattle, Washington five half-sisters and one half-brother along with numerous nieces and nephews. preceded in death by father Celedonio Caasi, Sr. last May 12, 2008.
