Obituary of Felisa Jaochico

Felisa Jaochico, 102, longtime resident of Salinas, passed away on January 3, 2012 in Salinas. She was born on November 10, 1909 in Pampanga, Philippines. Felisa enjoyed being with family and friends, especially playing a friendly game of cards after lunch. She loved to shop and look at "bling-blings" and loved traveling. Amongst her favorite places she visited were New Jersey, Oregon, and San Diego, taking in all the sights. Her biggest joy was being surrounded by family. Felisa will forever remain in our hearts and minds. She is survived by her daughters, Armenia Mallari of Salinas, Filomena Bustos of the Philippines, Leocadia Davis of Sacramento, Nunilon Manasan of Delano; sons, Eloy Jaochico of Hayward, Epimaco Jaochico, Jr. of New Jersey; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, along with other loving relatives. She is preceded in death by her husband, Epimaco Jaochico, Sr.; parents, Antero and Manuela De Los Santos, sons, Cornelio, Antonino and Domingo Jaochico; and numerous brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2012 1-9pm with a Rosary Recital at 7pm all at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, January 6, 2012 3pm at Madonna del Sasso Church 320 E. Laurel Dr. Salinas, CA 93906. Graveside Services on Saturday, January 7, 2012 12pm at the Garden of Memories Cemetery 850 Abbott St. Salinas, CA 93901.
