Obituary of Kenneth Trammell
Rev. Kenneth Lee Trammell, 64, fondly known as "KC6VMC" on ham radio, passed away on January 6, 2012 at his home in Salinas. He was born on on December 9, 1947 in San Jose, CA.
Kenneth was a former Pastor and Evangelist, song writer and Southern Gospel artist. He was a teacher at North Salinas High School and a college professor at Monterye Peninsula College. He was also a former Vice President of the California Teacher's Association.
He is survived by
his wife of 40 years,
Mary Kay Trammell of Salinas
daughter,
Kristen (John) Trammell-Edgar of Salinas
sons,
Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Trammell of Salinas
Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Trammell of Michigan
brother,
Mark Trammell of Tacoma, Washington
grandchildren,
Jeremiah, Kaylee and Kassie Bella
along with four other grandchildren of Michigan
nieces,
Kathy and Debbie
nephews,
Alan and Ronald
along with other loving relatives.
He is preceded in death by
his parents,
Loney Ray and Maurine Trammell
his sister, Laura Faye Knight
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 2pm at the Harvest Communty Church 747 El Camino Real N. Salinas, CA 93907.
