Bernadette Otila Lozano, 45, native and lifelong resident of Salinas, passed away on April 24, 2012 in Salinas. She was born on March 23, 1967.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 27, 2012 7pm at the Healey Mortuary Chapel 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905.
