Obituary of Primitivo Vasquez

Primitivo Vasquez, 60, longtime resident of Monterey County, passed away on February 12, 2013 in Salinas. He was born on June 9, 1952 in Michoacan, Mexico. He worked in agriculture as a farm laborer for over 30 years. Primitivo is survived by his loving wife, Raquel O. Vasquez of Chualar daughters, Olivia (Daniel) and Selene Vasquez sons, Manuel (Marcelina), Javier (Viridiana), Oscar, Everardo and Rafael Vasquez sisters, Rosa, Raquel, Martha and Celia brothers, Ricardo, Agustin, Juventino, Juvenal, Trinidad and Jose Luis grandchildren, Arely, Jocelyn, Alexa, Oscar, Xavier, Manuel and Adrian also survive. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 17, 2013 1-9pm with a Rosary recital 7pm, all at Healey Mortuary 405 N. Sanborn Rd. Salinas, CA 93905. A Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, February 18, 2013 10am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church 240 Calle Cebu Salinas, CA 93901. Burial to follow services at the Gonzales District Cemetery Hwy 101 South Gonzales, CA 93926.
