Obituary of Frank Beltran Molina

Frank Beltran Molina, 97, lifelong resident of Gonzales, passed away on October 7, 2018 in Gonzales. He was born on March 6, 1921 in Santa Barbara, CA to Victoriano and Concepcion Molina. Frank had proudly served in the U.S. Army and had actively participated at Omaha Beach and  in the Battle of the Bulge in Germany. When he discharged from the service, he went on to work as a welder in agriculture for many years. Frank enjoyed gardening and was well known for growing his special hot chili peppers. He greatly enjoyed his visits from his good friends and would spend hours laughing and joking around.  The family would like to express their gratitude for all of the good care he received from Salinas Hospice and his caregivers.  Darla, Jeane, Lupe, Daisy, Laura, Nadine and Jesus; he loved you all dearly.

Frank is survived by his brother, Albert B. Molina of Salinas along with numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Josephine C. Molina May 3, 2009.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, Oct.14, 2018 3-9pm with a Rosary vigil at 6pm all at St. Theodore Catholic Church 125 Center St. Gonzales, CA 93926.

Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, Oct. 15, 2018 10am at St. Theodore Catholic Church.

Burial with Military Honors will follow at the Gonzales District Cemetery Hwy 101 S. Gonzales, CA  93926.
