Obituary of Trevor Cooper

Trevor Cooper age 82 years-old of Salinas, California passed away at home on Monday June 13th, 2022 with his loving wife and children by his side. He was born on May 17th, 1940 in Bentham, North Yorkshire, England, moving to the United States at the age of 19, living in Salinas, Ca. since the 1960’s. He became a U.S. Citizen in 1988. From an early age he had a passion for cycling, this passion continued throughout his adult life taking him on many adventures. It was obvious his favorite color was blue as that was the only color you ever saw him wear. Trevor was a mechanic running his own garage specializing in “British Automobiles”. In 1972 he went on to work for McCormick-Schillings, where he met his wife, Dianna. Trevor was a loving husband, father, brother, son-in-law, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather and friend to all who met him. And he will be sorely missed.

Trevor also loved spending his time serving at the First Free Will Baptist Church of Salinas and becoming a member in 2018.

Trevor is survived by his loving wife Dianna, mother-in-law Frances, sister Rowena, sisters-in-law Georgia and Donna, children; Jeffrey, Sandra Lea, Jami (Gary), David (Debbie), Holly and Kristi (Darren) and many nephews, nieces, 17 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great grandson. He will forever be in our hearts.
