Diana Olivarez, 66 went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 10th 2023 in Salinas, California. Diana was born on August 26, 1957 in Muleshoe, TX. She is survived by her parents Eliberto and Maria Olivarez, Sisters Delia (Marcelino) Contreras, Delinda (Stephen) Leal, Debbie (Abran) Espinoza, Anita Olivarez, brother Armando (Blanca) Olivarez and numerous nieces and nephews.

Diana was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt; she always had a smile and a hug for everyone.

Diana was very organized and she liked things to be done a certain way - her way. She had an excellent memory and could remember everyone’s birthday and their anniversaries too. She even could remember her cousins, aunts and uncles birthdays and anniversaries. Diana loved her jewelry: her rings, bracelets and necklaces and she loved her purses. She never left home without her jewelry or a purse. Diana enjoyed doing crafts, puzzles, and playing Bingo.

She was an avid sports fan and had fun cheering on her favorite basketball team the Golden State Warriors. She was also a long time Dallas Cowboys fan up until this year when she decided to switch teams to the San Francisco 49ers.

Diana loved babies. She loved holding them and making them laugh and smile. She doted on all of her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Diana cared deeply for all of us; her light and love will be dearly missed.
