Jan passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on February 11th, 2024. Jan was born to Shelly Crosby & Alverna Dees Crosby on October 23rd 1941 in Cordele Georgia. Jan was raised on her family tobacco farm where she worked side by side with her parents until she was 17.

In 1958 she married her first husband Don Pulk and became a homemaker as a military wife. Jan was a loving mother of 5 children, a grandmother to 11, and a great grandmother to 11. Jan had many jobs throughout her life time as she traveled the US. Eventually she retired as a daycare provider after 12 years. Jan then met her partner Cullen Bowman and moved to the foot hills in Squaw Valley where she poured herself into her community volunteering for many senior groups. In her final years she moved to Salinas to live with daughter Kari to be closer to family. Jan was an amazing, funny, loving, caring soul and will be deeply missed by all.

Jan is survived by her Sister Faye Crosby, her son Richard, her daughter Kari, her daughter Monica, & her son Dax. Jan is also proceeded in death by her parents Shelly & Alverna, siblings Shirley and Steve, Her daughter Tammie, & 3 great grand children.
