For the past twenty plus years we have shared many New Year's Eves and weekly card games. These we'll miss and remember. We've shared many a laugh and a few tears. In all that time I don't belive we ever heard Lila say an unkind word about a living soul. We've always admired your close knit and extended family and will miss the weekly updates on the doings of your "united nations." Thank you for all the recipes, advice, willing ear and ready shoulder; for thirty four years of friendship and fellowship.
We are better for having known you.
Our thoughts are with Donald
and all the family of which Lila was so proud.
Loved in Life; Honoured in Death.

To My Dearest Sister, Thank you for sharing your life with us and all of the wonderful times that we enjoyed together. We are left with so many wonderful memories that Dianna and I will cherish forever. Thank you for standing up for us at our wedding. Thank you for all the trips to see Dad in Illinois. I know it was a long trip for you and Don,but there was never a complaint from you or Don. Thank you and Don for paying for part of the accordion for Dad which he enjoyed so much. Thank you for taking care of Mom as I know she was a pain sometimes. Thank you for loving them both as only you could do. Thank you for loving Delmer,Della, and I. Thank you for loving your wonderful husband Don. We could go on with all the beautiful things we have shared, but I would use up all of the space. Thank you for just being my wonderful sister and we will always love you. Your brother Jim and Dianna
